I guess you reported this issue to parse the source tarball cldr.zip automatically but this target package cldr-emoji-annotation includes the emoji text files only in the ZIP file.
Can I close this as VERIFIED?

Avinash,

I don't understand why you reported this bug? We already had discussion here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2105075#c8 which resulted no bug required.

I suspect is this mandatory thing where Security team just need to report the bug as part of some process?

Better improve the security processes to parse the code for any affected code.
