Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
the version in Firefox is showing bad (incorrect) data (specifically, the "null" entry for "Start date" , and as a result the web UI for enabling/disabling the Sync Plan does not work.
In Chrome, the "Start Date" field has valid/correct data in it (a "Start Date" nearly 1 month prior, June 10, 2022), and as a result the UI to edit the 'Enabled' field works correctly.

How reproducible:
have reproduced the issue with:
-Chrome Version 103.0.5060.134 (arm64 version on Mac OS 12 & x86_64 version on Mac OS 10.14)
- all versions appear to work
- Firefox "rolling release" (all versions between 101 and 103 beta 6) on Mac OS 12 (arm64)
- Firefox ESR 91.10.0 (x86_64 on Mac OS 10.14)
Fedora 35:
