Description of problem:

RHEL is shipping a higher version of samba with RHEL-8.7 that will break rhgs upgrade with rhgs samba installed.

Samba-4.16.2-1.el8 [RHEL]  vs samba-4.15.5-100.el8rhgs [RHGS]

RHGS 3.5.7
