Description of problem:
Cloned template should not label `app.kubernetes.io/name: common-templates`, maybe label it like 'app.kubernetes.io/name: custom-templates'.

it has label 'app.kubernetes.io/name: common-templates'

Expected results:
it should have no this label, maybe it should be 'app.kubernetes.io/name: custom-templates'
