note: the test suite requires nose, but that's deprecated upstream - https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/DeprecateNose - and the test suites are not all passing and so the failures are ignored in the Fedora builds anyway. Can we get this built just with this change? %if 0%{?fedora} %bcond_without check %else %bcond_with check %endif and gate the checks accordingly. Alternately I can try and see if the test suites can be run with another test runner. FEDORA-EPEL-2022-ecbdea27f6 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 9. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2022-ecbdea27f6 FEDORA-EPEL-2022-ecbdea27f6 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 9 testing repository.
