FEDORA-2022-ecf969b60b has been submitted as an update to Fedora 36. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-ecf969b60b Updated yara to 4.2.2 in F36, you can test and vote in bodhi for faster update. For EPEL9, yara is part of RHEL9, thus can't be part of EPEL9. If you require an update, submit a PR against centos-stream. For EPEL8 yara will be removed once RHEL-8.7 is released, that should be around November. The request is at #2090567. I'm not sure if it makes sense to update EPEL8 anymore, but feel free to submit a PR. For EPEL7, a PR will be welcome. FEDORA-2022-ecf969b60b has been pushed to the Fedora 36 testing repository. Soon you'll be able to install the update with the following command: `sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2022-ecf969b60b` You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-ecf969b60b See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates.
