Please fix boinc-tui at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
boinc-tui will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 38,
boinc-tui will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

I noticed that this is about to be retired due to long-term FTBFS. Since I use this package, I wanted to offer some help.

This PR fixes the FTBFS by updating to 2.7.0, updates the License to SPDX, and fixes a couple of packaging minutiae: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/boinc-tui/pull-request/1

If you would like, feel free to add me (FAS music) as a co-maintainer.
