Comment 4 Miro Hrončok 2022-08-02 11:07:36 UTC
obs-service-obs_scm-common-0:0.10.10-8.fc36.noarch has Python 3.10 bytecode:

/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/archive.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/changes.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/cli.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/config.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/exceptions.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/helpers.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/__pycache__/tasks.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/base.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/bzr.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/git.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/hg.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/svn.cpython-310.pyc
/usr/lib/obs/service/TarSCM/scm/__pycache__/tar.cpython-310.pyc

Hence blocking the Python 3.11 tracker.
