PYC magic number has changed in Python 3.11.0b4, and all packages with Python

rebuilt. Most of them were rebuilt during the Fedora 37 mass rebuild, but since

package is FTBFS, we were hoping you could fix it and rebuild it manually, or
it will cause subtle issues when used.

If you fix this after branching, make sure to rebuild the package in both
Rawhide (Fedora 38) and Fedora 37.

this bug remains in a NEW state for more than 8 weeks (not sooner than
2022-09-27).

A week before the mass branching of Fedora 38 according to the
schedule [2],
any packages not successfully rebuilt, at least on Fedora 36 will

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

Aniket, would you have time to look into this? Please do respond to let us know---otherwise other NeuroSIG members can take a look.

It looked like this package FTBFS was due to python-rdflib-jsonld not being available in rawhide. Strangely, I couldn't find a FTBFS bug for python-rdflib-jsonld.

Anyway, I took care of python-rdflib-jsonld and only now discovered that there's a conflict:

   Problem: package python3-rdflib-jsonld-0.6.0-6.fc38.noarch conflicts with python3-rdflib >= 6.0.0 provided by python3-rdflib-6.2.0-1.fc38.noarch
    - package python3-owl_rl-6.0.2-3.fc38.noarch requires python3.11dist(rdflib-jsonld), but none of the providers can be installed
    - conflicting requests

python-rdflib was updated from 5.0 to 6.2 in f37 and rawhide.

The hint, I missed, is in the python-rdflib-jsonld spec file:

# v6.0.0 of rdflib provides rdflib-jsonld itself. This package would not
# be compatible with future releases of rdflib
Conflicts:      python3-rdflib >= 6.0.0

Will dig into this...

TL;DR: python-rdflib has been updated to 6.2.0 in f37 and rawhide. python-odml pins rdflib to 5.0.0 due to some unresolved issues with the upgrade to >= 6.0.0.

Upstream intends to update to rdflib 6.x in the next couple of months. Since this is the only package affected, we'll wait for upstream.

I'm taking this, since I keep an eye on upstream development wrt rdflib anyway.
