My installation failed and a message said "An exceptional condition has 
occurred.  It is probably a bug.  Please submit it to Bugzilla."

I was given the opportunity to save system state information onto a floppy 
disk.  Here is the contents of that file:

Your CDROM drive or CD media is bad.  If you purchased your CD from Red Hat then
you can contact customer support to get a new CD.
