Currently the way to find out what version of rhncfg-client you have is to do a
rpm -q rhncfg-client. 

rhncfg-client should have a --version option similar to most of our other client
code.

A good example from rhn_register
rhn_register --version
rhn_register (Red Hat Network Client Tools) 0.2.2-1.el5

life. Please see:

This bugzilla was reported for an unspecified version of the product, but was created prior to the release of 5.x - as such we assume this bug was reported for the 4.x version of the product - which is no longer supported.
