Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 37-final by Fedora user gotmax23 using the blocker tracking app because:

 golang-1.19.2 is patch release that fixes multiple security issues. This should go out to users sooner rather than later.

Discussed during the 2022-10-17 blocker review meeting: [0]

The decision to classify this bug as an "AcceptedFreezeException (Final)" was made as this addresses three security issues, we see benefit to getting it in the buildroot (i.e. pushing it through stable) ASAP, so further builds of Go-based packages are protected against those issues.
