Description of problem:

Do make xconfig and select show all, options like e.g. xen can be seen but not
selected/toggled etc

Steps to Reproduce:
1.make xconfig
2. show all
3. try to toggle XEN
  
Actual results:

can't edit hidden options

being able to edit hidden options

This option is set by enabling 'Enable Xen compatible kernel' in "Processor type
and features".
