Description Robert Peterson 2006-10-19 19:47:02 UTC
Description of problem:
Rebooting a cluster node occasionally will fail to joing the
cluster. The following message appears in syslog:

aisexec[1997]: segfault at 00000000000000dc rip 0000000000422bc5 rsp
00007ffffba17660 error 6

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL5 beta 1 with whitetank openais from 18 Oct 2006.

How reproducible:
Once in every 20 reboots or so.

Steps to Reproduce:
Reboot any node in the cluster.

Actual results:
segfault in aisexec prevents cman from connecting to the cluster
infrastructure.

Expected results:
No segfault.

Additional info:
I tried the latest whitetank in subversion at 14:30 CDT, and now
aisexec doesn't come up at all.

Comment 1 Robert Peterson 2006-10-20 16:20:18 UTC
The latest whitetank from 19 October 16:00 CDT now fixes the problem.

Comment 2 Steven Dake 2006-10-23 22:32:43 UTC
closing as not a bug since bug not based upon an official build and whitetank
branch sometimes is broken.
