Describe the issue:
1) Figure 11.16. View mirroring of Block devices is outdated
2) 11.2.3. Adding peer in mirroring on the Ceph dashboard
Procedure seems to be outdated.
User will have to use create bootstrap token and import token buttons available at the top of the window.
