Description of problem:
The new Helm Chart Repository and Project Helm Chart Repository table row padding looks a little bit strange. See attached screenshot.

WIP 4.12

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search for resource type HelmChartRepository
2. Take a look at the row :)

Actual results:
Too much padding above all fields expect the URL

Expected results:
All cells should look more equal

Verified on 4.12.0-0.ci-2022-10-09-233202, works as expected
