Previously, Multicloud Object Gateway (MCG) failed to come up and serve when `init` container for MCG DB pod failed to change ownership. with this fix, the DB `init` container ownership is replaced with Kubernetes FSGroup.

Tested with build 4.13.0-214, NooBaa DB pod's initialization didn't fail, pod was up and running as expected.
