Previously, Multicloud Object Gateway (MCG) failed to come up and serve when `init` container for MCG DB pod failed to change ownership.
with this fix, the DB `init` container ownership is replaced with Kubernetes FSGroup.

Tested with build 4.13.0-214, NooBaa DB pod's initialization didn't fail, pod was up and running as expected. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
