cluster network step label still exists

In both discovering new hosts wizard & existing hosts wizard, the label of the networking step is still "Cluster network"

only when the cluster is on draft, we can see this step changing to "Networking".

tested with MCE version 2.1.0-DOWNANDBACK-2022-08-18-23-00-29

ok, not a blocker so have to move to 2.6.1
