Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/35335 has been resolved.

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.12.0 Snap 10.0
Version: foreman-installer-3.3.0.3-1.el8sat.noarch

Steps:
1. su - postgres -c 'hammer ping'

Observation:
hammer ping works fine for postgres user which is a non-root user, also tested creating a new user
