Description of problem:
Scaling out to add more compute nodes fails.
Connecting on the compute hosts VGA console via IPMI and running:
  os-net-config -c /etc/os-net-config/config.json -v --detailed-exit-codes
Will configure the networking and allows to continue the deployment.
