External Data Plane nodes must have the capability to have their OSP package and container content updated to newer versions after a greenfield deployment.

Requirements:

- Updates must deliver security fixes or discrete updates within a typical maintenance slot (max 4 hours, including the execution of any roll-back procedure, if there is one, in case of issues).
