Steps to retest:
1. Create a custom yum repo with a url that contains jfrog artifactory-pro-rpms
2. Sync the repo

Expected:
Sync should be successful

Actual:
Sync is successfull.

Verified on 6.11.2 Snap 1 with python38-pulpcore-3.16.12-1.el8pc.noarch
