Fresh deployment of Private link Consumer deployment Addon v2.0.4 in Failed state

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ROSA cluster in private link with custom cidr as provider cluster using "rosa create service ..."
2. Install Consumer rosa cluster in private link with custom cidr and install ODF consumer addon
3.

Actual results:
Addon shows failed status

Expected results:
COnsumer should onboard successfully and in ready status

Moving to ON_QA as we don't see this issue anymore

This is not observed from v 2.0.7, v2.0.8 and v2.0.9. This was inconsistent issue and Does not observed from v2.0.7 ODF add-on release.

Closing with v2.0.7 version release as it is not observed from v2.0.7.
