Test @ipv6_keep_external_addresses adds a few thousands addresses.

Afterwards, the platform cache is inconsistent and it contains a bogus interface. Cache inconsistencies are very bad.

We try to delete "dummy0", ifindex 602.

It actually succeeds, but due to the bug, the link is still in the cache afterwards, causing all kinds of bad things to happen.
