Description of problem:

Is asked the release of podman 4.2 in RHEL8 in order to have access to the supports for the Gitlab Runner (using the Docker executor), allowing its use in Gitlab CI/CD pipelines.

The podman version already dumped to 4.2 in RHEL 8.7, so move this to verified.
