It's that time again - background time!

The f37-backgrounds: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-b7d48f0896
and desktop-backgrounds: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2022-adb1bf1e8b

updates are pending, so we need KDE to make whatever changes are necessary to actually pick up and show the new backgrounds. Thanks!

This is an automatic Beta blocker, per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:SOP_blocker_bug_process#Automatic_blockers - "The default desktop background in a release-blocking desktop being the same as one of the last two stable releases".

Confirmed: Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-37-20220813.n.0.iso still with F36 background
