Description yotamnachum1 2022-08-11 18:34:40 UTC
Will you be able to branch and build fzf in epel9?

Comment 1 Elliott Sales de Andrade 2022-08-15 07:26:24 UTC
No, you will have to find someone who does EPEL maintenance for you.

Comment 2 Elliott Sales de Andrade 2022-08-15 07:27:58 UTC
Ah sorry, I didn't realize this wasn't assigned to me; annoying that I get CC'd on EPEL tickets even though I'm not configured as the maintainer.

I'll let @minimar decide on EPEL9 support.

Comment 3 Fedora Admin user for bugzilla script actions 2022-12-13 00:07:33 UTC
This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.

Comment 4 Julian Fölsch 2023-02-09 16:40:30 UTC
@minimar does not seem to have been active in the bug tracker for over a year(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=user_activity.html&action=run&who=miminar%40redhat.com&from=2022-01-01&to=2023-02-09&sort=when) so I doubt we will get an answer.
I have never packaged something for EPEL before, but have worked with packaging for some private packages.
So I would be willing to give it a shot.
