Can you try and switch it from the Administer -> Settings. Select "RHCloud" tab and there Change the value of "Synchronize recommendations Automatically" to "No" Same outcome. What is the value of the setting on the settings page? Is it reverting? If it is, can you please upload an sos report from the Satellite machine? Closing the issue, since I wasn't able to reproduce it. |
