Description of problem:
Unable to disable the automatic Red Hat Insights synchronization setting.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.11.1.1 on RHEL 7

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to menu Configure>RH Cloud>Insights
2.Disable the blue sync automatically button
3.

Actual results:
When you return to the Insights page, the button is enabled again.

Expected results:
The Insights sync stays disabled, without respawning duplicate tasks.

Can you try and switch it from the Administer -> Settings. Select "RHCloud" tab and there Change the value of "Synchronize recommendations Automatically" to "No"

What is the value of the setting on the settings page? Is it reverting? If it is, can you please upload an sos report from the Satellite machine?

Closing the issue, since I wasn't able to reproduce it.
