Description of problem:
Two users have reported that when using the Cisco VPN client for Linux to
connect to our network, the mouse cursor immediately moves to the left hand side
of the screen and stays there.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vpnclient-linux-4.8.00.0490.k9

How reproducible:
This issue does not happen on all systems running RHEL. However, on the affected
systems, the problem occured even after a fresh install of RHEL.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start RHEL and log in graphically
2. Start Cisco vpnclient from a terminal window
  
Actual results:

Once connected, the mouse cursor sticks to the left hand side of the screen

Expected results:
Mouse should behave normally

Additional info:
Technical support at Cisco was contacted, and found no relation and/or cause to
the problem. They did turn up the reference to the FC4 problem referenced above.

No further non-security updates are planned for xorg-x11 in RHEL4.  If this issue is not addressed in RHEL5 or newer, please update the affected product version and reopen this bug.
