Description John Kacur 2022-08-19 17:30:43 UTC
This bug was initially created as a copy of Bug #2119868

I am copying this bug because:

The changes in 9.2 should be backported to 8.8 as well

Description of problem:

Add an option to download linux kernel from kernel.org to be used as a load for compiling
while measuring realtime performance.

Also improve the interface for specifying a default kernel to compile
--kcompile-source=TARBALL

by making the format of TARBALL more flexible
