Doc Text:	The AMD SEV feature was not available in RHOSP 17.0, due to a known issue with the RHEL firmware definition file missing from some machine types. This issue has been fixed, and AMD SEV is supported in RHOSP 17.1.	Story Points:	---

With AMD SEV blocked [1] in 17.0 by the known UEFI issue [2], retest in 17.1 (or 17.0 z-stream?) once the UEFI issue is resolved, and note its return to full support.
