corosynclib-devel is currently an unshipped package. I'd like to request it to be added to CRB/PowerTools so that it can be made available in future releases. This is a blocker for branching and building asterisk in EPEL 8 (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1768692). Thanks!

Are you able to get it from rhel-8-for-x86_64-highavailability-rpms?

This is just a "drive-by" comment. I'm not too familiar with the build/release process or with the various subscriptions, so that might not be feasible due to subscription cost or something.

corosynclib-devel is currently shipped in the High Availability add-on.  We cannot add it to CRB.
