How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register host.

Comment 2 Brad Buckingham 2022-09-01 12:54:54 UTC
Hi Matthew,

I see the user behavior raised and it looks like it can be improved. When selecting the key (e.g. name, status...etc) (versus typing it), it shouldn't initiate a search.

A valid search would be 'name = myhostname' vs 'name'.

Verified
Version Tested: 6.12.0 snap 13

Steps:
 1. Register a host
 2. Navigate to the host > content > packages
 3. Select a search key from the dropdown

Results: Search is not launched for the key but triggers after the operator or value has been partially entered.
