Description Joshua Matsuoka 2022-08-29 23:06:40 UTC
Description of problem:

Following discussions surrounding the future of packaging for JMC it was decided that the best course of action moving forward would be to move JMC into the CRB repository. We would like to move

jmc
jmc-core
owasp-java-encoder (dependency of jmc-core)

into the CRB repository

Hi Josh,

You are right that it would have some supply chain implications that wouldn't be acceptable for normal RHEL content. I was told that FedRAMP could also be an issue but if it's not then it's good but CRB would be a better place for JMC as mentioned by Joshua. Thanks!
