A NULL pointer dereference in the read_and_display_attr_value() function in binutils/dwarf.c may lead to program crash when parsing corrupt DWARF data.

Given that this is not a bug in any of the libraries in binutils, I can't see why this is considered a security issue.  Can this CVE assignment please be disputed?  Thanks.
