Edge images in 9.1 defaults to LVM to support topolvm and other use cases where LVM is easier to deal with.

We would love to set ITM 29 for this BZs because the work is finalized and there's already a fix https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild-composer/pull/2947 which is only failing CI because of another problem with another package - we're taking care of the dependency and that would effectively allow us to merge the required change to fix this BZ in time for ITM 29.
