Description of problem:

rhel-6-server-els-rpms repository is not listed under recommended repositories. As RHEL-6 is still supported, please add the repository under recommended repositories

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Satellite WebUI > Content > Red Hat Repositories
2. Toggle Recommend Repositories To Enabled
3. Check available repos present in the list

Actual results:
rhel-6-server-els-satellite-client-6-rpms is present under recommended repository but rhel-6-server-els-rpms is not added.

Expected results:
rhel-6-server-els-rpms should be present under recommended repositories
