Description of problem:
LDFLAGS item in /usr/bin/gnustep-config, /usr/lib64/GNUstep/Makefiles/config.make refers to a non-existent /builddir/build/BUILD/.package_note-gnustep-make-2.9.0-4.fc36.x86_64.ld

2.9.0-4

How reproducible:
build other package (like gnustep-gui) using gnustep-make

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpmbuild -ba gnustep-gui
2. failed by ld
3.

Actual results:
/builddir/build/BUILD/.package_note-gnustep-make-2.9.0-4.fc36.x86_64.ld not found

Expected results:
pass
