Description of problem:
The dar package doesn't install due to a missing dependency of par2cmdline.

dar-2.7.6-3.el9


How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install dar


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides par2cmdline needed by dar-2.7.6-3.el9.x86_64


Expected results:
successful installation

You can follow this guide to request the par2cmdline maintainer add that package to epel9 to satisfy the dependency.

par2cmdline is now available so this bug is resolved.
