Description of problem:
The version displayed on the login is 6.11.2.  It needs to be 6.11.3

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.11.3 snap 1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a 6.11.3 up and running
2. Check login page


Actual results:
See it displayed as 6.11.2

Expected results:
Should display as 6.11.3

Additional info:
We need to add 6.11.3 as a version selection in bugzilla.  It only goes up to 6.11.2.
