Doc Text:	.Checks are added for uneven OSD weights between two sites in a stretch cluster Previously, there were no checks for equal OSD weights after stretch cluster deployment. Due to this, users could make OSD weights unequal. With this fix, checks are added for uneven OSD weights between two sites in a stretch cluster.
