Steps to Reproduce
==================

1. Deploy the RDR cluster
2. Creating DRpolicy via UI 
3. you will see an error showing at drpolicy creating page

Actual results
==============

cluster has either an unsupported ODF version or the ODF operator is missing, install or update to ODF 4.11.0 or latest version to enable DR protection. 

Expected results
================

There should not be any error

What is the workaround for this? Moreover it looks like a release blocker, do we want to mark it as such?
