2. Create Drpolicy from UI
3. Now check Drpolicy status

I have seen this earlier during MetroDR testing, and we ended up extending the docs because of this:

I haven't reported separate eng bug, since Talur told me that there is a eng bug for this already,
that said, I wasn't able to find locate it.

The above issue is when DRPolicy reconciles to success in 10 odd minutes: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2108440

This case seems to be that DRCluster resources are actually missing.

Vineet is taking a look as MCO logs show secret exchange issues...
