The rebase passed the RSFC2544 P2P testing --- Got 36.0 Mpps based on Trex binary search.

[root@netqe29 ~]# # dpdk-testpmd -l 2,4,32,6,34 -a 0000:5e:00.0 -a 0000:5e:00.1 -- -i --nb-cores=4 --rxq=2 --txq=2 --rxd=1024 --txd=1024
[root@netqe29 ~]# rpm -q dpdk
dpdk-21.11.2-1.el9_1.x86_64
[root@netqe29 ~]# uname -r
5.14.0-162.3.1.el9.x86_64
[root@netqe29 ~]#
