A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in diFree in fs/jfs/inode.c in the Journaled File System (JFS)in the Linux kernel. This flaw allows a local attacker to crash the system or leak internal kernel information.

There was no shipped kernel version that was seen affected by this problem. These files are not built in our source code. Created kernel tracking bugs for this issue: Affects: fedora-all [bug 2128459] This was fixed for Fedora with the 5.17.3 stable kernel updates This bug is now closed.
