Description of problem:

	Customer reached out regarding the following upstream bug that was observed in RHEL 8 starting with GCC 11:

	This was resolved in the following upstream commit:

	Customer that this listing was opened for is looking for this fix to be backported to a future update for GTS 11's GCC, if possible.

This is fixed in gcc-toolset-12-gcc.  No further non-critical updates are planned for gcc-toolset-11-gcc,
and this doesn't look critical enough to warrant issuing a z-stream.  Closing thus; please reopen if this
issue is critical for the customer.
