As far as I can tell, this bug was filed because two of the example projects in “python-engineio-doc” contain example JavaScript sources (with no bundled dependencies), and the package-lock.json files mention a possibly-affected version of the async NPM package. I think that’s pretty far from being an actual vulnerability affecting this package. To avoid seeing noisy, bogus bugs like this in the future, I’m removing the package-lock.json files from the documentation.
