Description of problem:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 (BaseOS and AppStream) kickstart repositories are not included in the  Recommended Repositories lists.

How reproducible:

100%


Steps to Reproduce:

Satellite GUI > Content > Red Hat Repositories > Set the Search parameter = "kickstart"    >  Enable the button for "Recommended Repositories"


Actual results:

Rhel 9 kickstart repositories are not listed.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - BaseOS Kickstart 9.0 

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 for x86_64 - AppStream Kickstart 9.0 


Expected results:

Rhel 9 kickstart repositories should be listed. Just like RHEL-7 and RHEL-8 kickstart repositories.
