Description of problem:

When trying to upgrade existing Fedorac Core 5 installation to FC6 installation 
program stops complaining that /usr/tmp isn't a symbolic link, asks to correct 
the problem and reboots. /usr/tmp is in it's original state:

# ls -ld /usr/tmp
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 10 Oct 29 10:39 /usr/tmp -> ../var/tmp


How reproducible:
Try to upgrade existing installation

Additional info:
I tried to change symbolic link to be an absolute path (/usr/tmp -> /var/tmp), 
but it didn't solve the problem.
I don't know if this is relevant, but this system doesn't have separate /boot 
partition.

This bug is open for a Fedora version that is no longer maintained and
will not be fixed by Fedora. Therefore we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen thus bug against that version.
