Description of problem:
Hi there!

The xdp-tools spec file includes instructions for building libxdp-devel and on brew I can find the RPM as well. However, unless I'm totally crazy, none of our repositories has libxdp-devel:
https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/libxdp/1.2.1-1.el8/x86_64/fd431d51/package

Can we fix that?

We actually already have a pair of bzs open for this:

RHEL9: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2097273
RHEL8: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2097274

For RHEL9 this should be fixed already, although it will most likely only be visible in RHEL9.1. Seems I never managed to figure out how to get this fixed for RHEL8, will look into that... Marking this as a duplicate of the RHEL8 bug above.
